Based on my experiences with Borinquen, I'd like to say a few words about their professionalism, racism/discrimination, and organization. It took me several months for the referral office to refer me to a specialist. They're also rude, have terrible bedside manners, and they have no idea on how they're supposed to appropriately speak to people. They have no ounce of professionalism within them. I am not only an employee of Borinquen, but a patient for the past 10 years and I recommend it highly. The medical and behavioral health staff and excellent and caring.

Definitely I will recommend for all your health related issues
If you are pregnant woman seeking for healthcare PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They had me waiting for THREE OURS to end up telling me they wouldn’t see me! They have mediocre and disorganized staff who lost all my papers in my very first prenatal visit. The manager Tony de la Barra and the front desk person Cindy Escobar were rude, unfriendly and disrespectful to me. Please take my advice, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!!
horrible service!! at LEAST the girls in the main call center. Horrific! Do not call at 4:40 they will not answer! please get direct numbers to the clinics. saves so much heart ache.
