One of my top ten in the city! I've been a million times BUT....lately, they are killin' it with the extras; LARGE FORMAT COCKTAILS! We tried the Canary Island Cocktail and it was insane...it satisfied three of us (but I think it may be intended for more;)...so order with friends. Then we dove into their new seafood platter...it was delish and transported us right to the beach! Honestly...if you're a seafood person, make it happen. Borgne tops the charts. Duck poppers, shrimp toast, flounder with shrimp and crabmeat, and the absolute best hazelnut dessert in a jar, Borgne doesn't disappoint!
