The food and service was so good! Had the fried chicken and hangar steak. Both were excellent.

We went for our first and only visit on Thanksgiving. I was a bit disappointed. I had the oyster pan bake, shrimp bisque, stuffed flounder, banana cake. The oysters were great and a good start, but the bisque was very strong and salty tasting. We noticed several guests put it aside. The flounder stuffing was soupy and seemingly uncooked. Chef Brian Landry is a master of seafood and wild game. Borgne's lively atmosphere and naturalist decor make for a great dining combination...a must do when in NOLA!
The food was on point! The oysters were amazing and the salad with manchego was perfect with the pears! The fried chicken was so juicy and full of flavor.
