About this business

Renowned chefs John Besh and Brian Landry have joined forces to bring New Orleans diners the best that the Louisiana coastline has to offer. Borgne offers a seafood-heavy menu featuring dishes like 10 Clove Garlic Louisiana White Shrimp in addition to a few dishes in which seafood doesn't star, like the Twice-Cooked Garlic Chicken and Slow Smoked Suckling Pig Empanadas. Borgne's lunch menu features a daily special alongside the regular offerings.

Delicious! We have stayed at the Hyatt countless times but have never eaten here until yesterday! We had the duck poppers, grilled fish sandwich with fries and shrimp poboy also with fries. The food was SO good! The smoky, spicy duck poppers were the perfect starter and the slaw on the grilled fish sandwich was the perfect compliment to the perfectly cooked fish. Can't tell you how great the French fries were.... We didn't leave even one! Enough shrimp in the poboy to share, too! We'll definitely be back!

Business response:

Thanks so much for the amazing review, Tammy! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed everything! Good choice on the duck poppers, they're our favorite! We hope to see you again soon!

We went as pre-game spot for the Sugar Bowl and were very happy with everything. The food and service were both great even though they were packed. It was a great experience! I would recommend it!

I had a very positive experience while dining at Borgne! I took the advice of my server and tried the turkey necks and shrimp toast as appetizers. Both were excellent. For the main course I tried the stuffed flounder. It was stuffed with shrimp and crabmeat. It was delicious. I also tried the roasted brussel sprouts as a side dish. It was amazing! My group shared a couple of deserts that were also very good. The next time I visit New Orleans I will definately go back. I have tried some other restaurants in the French quarter... read more

Our family of ten had the five course Christmas supper and it was amazing. The scallop was the best we’ve ever had. Recommend adding the scallop to the daily menu. Thanks for accommodating our large family.

Business response:

Thanks so much for celebrating Christmas with us, Patti. And we would like to thank you for this amazing review! We hope you will come see us again soon!

Excellent food, and the bar staff is friendly and accommodating. Get the turkey necks—Trust me. I doubted and was proven wrong. Delicious! And their homemade ginger beer is on point.

Business response:
