been going to doctor saad for 7 years still no answer to my problem not to mention he had me do blood work Friday I called Monday for my results and no call back I called today no call back so I call again before the close and she informs me he will be out until Friday and I won't get my results until then I will never go here again
We will be taking our kids somewhere else. The pediatrician that both our kids see is great but the people at the front desk are absolutely incompetent. Rescheduled a well child check last minute, moved it a month out. Several days before this appointment we called to get our daughter in because of a possible ear infection. They scheduled an appointment the next day, then cancelled it an hour before. Her well child check was the next day so while this was annoying it wasnt too big of a deal. I've been going here for years but only recently started having issues. first off I was very disappointed when I dropped off a form that needed filled out and waited over a week with no response called and was told that I could come get it arrived only to find out it had not been filled out so the front desk went to ask and comes back and says I need a physical (has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the form being completed). Akland is amazing and they make my long travel easy by scheduling multiple children at once (by multiple I mean 6). He shows true concern and I feel like all my issues are personal, were not just another patient! We all love him.. my shy baby will come around!
Dr. Saad has the worst bedside manner ever seen in a doctor!
Eric Hibma is the best doctor there. He is great with my kids, answers any questions I need and doesn't feel the need to degrade any choice of parenting style! I will continue to see him until my kids are all grown up!
