The Borgata is a great resort. The service is excellent and it's very well kept. It's the only resort we will stay in when visiting AC!
The food was amazing and so was the staff. I attended an event there and it was beautifully arranged! Definently a memorable experience!
Had some issues with the room but, it was taken care of immediately and we were comped for the inconvenience, this is why borgata is the best casino overall experience in Atlantic City.

For years now my husband and I only stay at The Borgata. We have only had good experiences there. Any staff we had dealings with were always very helpful and friendly. The many choices of fine dining restaurants, bars, and casual dining stops is impressive. The new Marketplace downstairs where the Cafeteria was is a welcome addition. Great casino and entertainment. 1st time staying and playing. Wonderful experience. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds and pillows, soft and comfy. Room service was timely and good. This is my new go-to casino hotel in AC for sure!
We stayed at the Water Club and the room was clean and comfortable. The tv was not functional at all the entire stay. We attended the comedy club which was very nice, after however; at 10:30 it was difficult to find a restaurant open. The only option was NOW which was good but would have liked more to chose from. Check out and valet service was quick and easy.
The Borgata & Water Club are beautiful properties. The WC rooms are nicely appointed with spectacular views of a crumbling Atlantic City. Food choices down the escalator where excellent. My beef::: charging $5.00 for surface parking in December on a Monday? Unconscionable! I will not return. It's an embarrassment that NJ still imposes a $2.00 parking fee/car. But to tack on another $3.00? Whoever devised this scheme should probably find another job. Good riddance.
Awesome experience, you don't need to go anywhere outside of the Borgata to have fun. Everything is in the hotel itself, pool, casino, night club, bars, restaurants, etc. Not all inclusive but certain things like the pool and the gym are. Would come back again!
