Beautiful casino inside. Loved the food court and overall flow and feel. 4� only becuase its still relativley smokey in the areas and confusing which ones are smoking and which areas are not. Also, the waitresses were a little light for an afternoon shift. Did not see one in over an hour at the craps tables. Wife hit a nice slot machine so always good to walk out on top.
It is by far the nicest hotel/casino in Atlantic City New Jersey! It is nice because of the services they offer and how friendly and helpful the staff is. You can see the pride they take in all they do!!!
It seems like whenever I try to give this place a second chance I'm always disappointed. My boyfriend and I checked in about an hour ago and upgraded to the fiore suite thinking we would have an amazing time. I called the front desk twice asking for a new comforter because there was dry blood on ours, there is hair everywhere in our rooms, on our towels, in the bathtub, and while trying to take a relaxing bath I'm currently listening to the tub drain all the water. Had a great experience for two days at the Borgata spent 2 Days in a suite on comps from the Bogota plus meals plus money had a great time
The smoke is infamous a straight up Killer. Every place on the casino floor there was smoke . The buffet was excellent kinda expensive though. However I paid alot for my room can't understand why I couldn't get complimentary valet. Didn't win anything while there. I'll have to try a different hotel next time I travel. Not at all what I thought it would be.
Had an awesome time, but I do agree with the smell of smoke is everywhere. The elevators smell of smoke even though there are signs posted "No smoking." Borgata needs to rectify that situation, especially for nonsmoking customers like myself.
Well 90% of it as great , a couple of things could have made it better o e we perfer plastic ware rather than glass after that show on Hotel issues , NO refrigerator , or microwave , if you bringing lots of luggage you pretty much HAVE to hire a bellhop $$$$$ and last but not least no where near the boardwalk !
I love the Borgata . My husband Bob and I stay 3 nights a month. It is our home away from home. Everybody is so nice there and friendly. My only suggestion is please put in more Lighting slot machines by Aristocrat in non smoking. Please consider getting chairs that aren't attached to the floor. Tall people like myself need more leg room. Thank you.
Food in the Buffet is on the downgrade. The menu has to be changed. I think a quality control Chef is a must. I'm having trouble with my throat today. Smoking is a problem that Management is unwilling to tackle. Shame on them.
