Borealis is a prestigious community with beautiful and vivacious views. The property management team and maintenance crew are incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about their residents. The community manager is the kindest soul I’ve ever had the privilege to work with and meet. I am so thankful for her problem solving capabilities and her thoughtfulness. She goes above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. I would highly recommend this community to my friends and family that might be looking to move to Seattle :)
Gorgeous location! Love the neighborhood. Very Modern. The team is also very friendly. Specifically Claudia. Super Chipper, and ready to help. Wish I had more friends living here. The photos are pretty spot on.
