I would NOT recommend border apartments. Apartments are old, and rent is high, 714 dllrs for a one bedroom apartment. They tell you the gate is closed for higher security but it was always open. On the first days, they give you a checklist to review your apartment. I was very detailed and documented everything that was not functioning or not in new fair conditions that way I would not be charged at the end of the contract. This is the worst place to live my mother lived there she’s 88 years old the apartment was an efficiency apartment and it was infested with roaches the air condition broke down they took over 24 hours to fix it and they didn’t even offer her another apartment to spend the night in .they were working in plumbing they didn’t advise her they were going to turn off the water so she was taking a shower the water got cut off .she told Jesse Luna the manager to put a handicap sign by her sidewalk in front of her apartment because s... read more

And to add on to my video I forgot to mention that last month I woke up to ALOT of maggots in my dinning room 🤮🤮 it was disgusting!!! Spacious apartments with beautiful resaca view. The staff is friendly and maintenance is always ready to help. Make sure to always refer your friends here 'cause they we a promotion for that $$$. Located near the mall, come and see it yourself.
Apartments are nice. Would be great if y'all added a fitness center!
