I have meet some awesome people at the Y and the. YAA. The pool exercise program has helped my knees. Thank you Maria for all the YAA activities.
I love coming here so far! It's only been about a week since I signed up but I drop my son off and get to workout for a few hours and have some me time! The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because I wish they had a couple more squat racks and another set of weights because they get filled up really quick and you have to wait for them usually. Other than that, staff is awesome and I trust them with my son! Every time I pick him up they're holding him and he is always happy!
I love the facilities but only one actual bench to do barbell work... that is the only thing wrong with this location but it's a huge deal when you. Ant get in a workout because everyone is waiting to do barbell bench.
