CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! I'm a United States Master swimmer and swim out of a variety of YMCA pools. This Border View YMCA is one of the top cleanest, most organized facilities. The pool, locker rooms, pool deck, equipment box, just every part of the facility is near spotless even with a big part of the clientele being under 12 years of age. No hot water in showers for 2 weeks. They say maintenance is supposed to fix. Simple solution is to hire a plumber. They don't care

The larger swimming pool contained hundreds of bird feces due to the birds perching along their open panel style roof. I had my face over feces while swimming 1/20/23. I, then, had a bad rash which got worse in the evening. I called the Ecke YMCA many times, left messages and sent emails.
