Last night was absolutely the most disrespectful and worst service I have ever had. Not only did people, who arrived 30mins after we had ordered, receive their food before ours; the manger blew off our complaints, proceed to walked away to change the game on the television. We received no apology for our hour long wait with out even receiving our food. We finally gave up and went to Applebee's. I will never recommend bootleggers to anyone. Most pathetic place ever. Waited over an hour for an order that was never placed. The waitress apparently walked out and quit. Manager told us sorry. Told us we won't have to pay for anything we never got. Didn't even offer to get our other placed for us. Told us we were out of luck. No apology or anything.
This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. When i approached the manager to explain that we were still missing drinks, food, napkins, plates, and silverware he told he they were having issue and that I would just have to deal with it. This manager blew me off and then walked away. Do not come to this place.
Absolutely horrible! Being a server I can understand being a busy place on a Friday night. Having to wait a little longer for your food is common. But this place is a joke! Service is terrible and food was cold! Never again!
