Place is amazing the wife and I take a road trip twice during the summer up here to eat it's almost a 3hr drive for us but worth it
Out of business? Tried on Friday night, sign on door said closed Friday reopen Saturday. Today a new sign saying winter hours. Not a good business.
The food, service, price and atmosphere was excellent. We go at least once a month. Love it.
Yummy. The pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches with the original BBQ sauce was fantastic. The fries were great too. Plus, that payphone in the back was a bonus. I collect pictures of these old relics, so that was fun too.
Great food!! Awesome service by our waitress who had to deal with our rowdy group!!
3/18/2017 Food was great. We got there 45 minutes before closing with a big group and they stayed opened late for us and we had a great time. The owner and the waitress were fabulous. Definitely will be back.
So sad that it has gone down hill. I looked forward to going there before. I will not make the trip again.
For the most part the food was good. The smoked chicken was a bit dry inside but still very good. My collard greens had a vinegar taste to it which I did not care for. They were out of the peach ice tea which I would like to try. I got the Bay Breeze which was small and not that tasty and it was $4.50. A little pricey for what it was.
