OK barbecue. Best I've found north of Memphis. (I'm from Texas.) Excellent service. My server, I deduced from a conversation she had with her boss just before I left, was working on her day off because someone else did not show up. She was doing that cheerfully and was quick to greet me when I sat down and checked back often (but not too often) to make sure I was OK. I'll go again.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Waited for an hour and five minutes and good still was not served to us. The first waitress was rude taking our drink orders. My family and I have never walked out of a restaurant tonight, but we did tonight. Another waitress came and told us that our food would be hour shortly, but never happened. Sorry poor service!!!!! Not impressed with service since we came from out of state to visit my aunt and we come to this restaurant and receive poor service.
Went there last night, my boyfriend got the ribs, they were pretty good. I got the strip steak, toughest strip steak ive ever had. Sat at the bar, no bar tender in sight, had to flag down a waitress to go find her. Wasn't impressed. Pretty expensive too
Ordered take out. The staff was very nice but the brisket was so tough we couldn't bite through it, the ribs just so-so, and it was all way over priced. We won't be back.
A bit of a wait for service because the wait server was totally on her own and there were a few large parties. Not only was the food amazing but she never skipped a beat or let on how crazy it was..totally professional! Increase your staff during busy times..you'll probably do a better business for it!! Will definitely go back..reasonable $$ and awesome food
Bootleg BBQ was good food although pre-made and reheated. The restaurant business was slow so no reason for the very slow service, so-so food quality, and good-at-best server service. One sandwich ordered arrived cold and had to go look around restaurant to find our server.
Don't understand why this establishment is even considered a restaurant. This is the third or fourth time coming here and it's closed every single time but states they are open until 9pm. Lost our business that's for sure.
I used to love going to eat here, but you're never open anymore, Seriously just close down already.
Is this place closed? Stopped at 5:30 on a Thursday. They are not open - sign on the window says on vacation, will return August 17th. Today is October 12th. Tried calling, received a message that the machine is full.
