First of all let me say that Bootleg BBQ has very tasty, good quality food. Myself and my coworkers have always enjoyed receiving carry out orders from this restaurant. HOWEVER, concerning customer service, I feel like there is definite room for improvement. I had been calling since 8:40 this morning trying to place a carry out order for the office I work at and did not reach someone until 9:15. less salt, ribs were tender falling off the bone but way to much salt, I ordered a full rack and could only eat 2.....

Love the wings came from the other side of Etown for 100 wings. Rude young lady with tattoos on her legs. Very disheartening to be treated like an idiot. Guess I can spend 70.00 elsewhere
Bootleg has a phenomenal catering service! We have used them now 2 years in a row for our Easter church luncheon. Their food is fabulous, they are super friendly and always very professional with top notch customer service and food. Patrick and Drew are the best! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great quality catering service that is easy to work with and has the best bbq and cobbler in town!
