After living in the Louisville area for over 10 years I was excited to finally try Bootleg. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. The pulled pork was okay. The ribs were the worst I’ve ever had. Dry and tough. The chicken wings were so tiny it looked like they murdered newborn chicks. Also they failed to give me the drink I paid for. Would not recommend.
Food was amazing. Whole family loved it.
Heard great things about, don't waste your time! So overrated. I ordered burgoo it was thickened with flour and tasted like wallpaper paste. The brisket sandwich was messy overflowing with BBQ sauce. It would be better if you can add your own amount of sauce. Very disappointed won't be back.
