Have had their ribs often and always enjoy them. My complaint was the result of the staff giving bad information regarding availability of ribs. We called and were told no need to pre-order that they would have plenty of ribs when got there at 5:30. When got to the window I was told they had no ribs. Several people in line behind me were equally upset. Snarky guy came out and said, yeah we had ribs earlier, should have came by then. Poor attitude and customer service.
I love Bootleg BBQ!!! Wonderful food! I can’t wait until the new building opens!

Just wow! That’s all I can say about Bootleg BBQ. Got catering from them for my wife’s birthday party. They delivered it on time, super friendly, super helpful, and the BBQ was excellent. I will definitely pass the word to anyone needing catering!
Good food! No complaints, and fair price. I would like to try the wings sometime, but was warned that I should call ahead for wait time.

Our group of cyclists were pedaling thru Thixton & old Bardstown in the middle of a 100 mile Louisville Loop ride around the city. We planned to have a lunch stop here ahead of time and pulled right up to the door. The ladies & gentleman at the counter were very friendly and helpful with very quick service, delivering some of the tastiest BBQ we had ever had!
