Thought I had already posted. So, if duplicate, my bad We have used Brian a couple of times. Very happy with the purchase of an a/c but a couple of issues on the purchase of a dehumidifier. I will say that Brian is truly a man of his word. Brian assured me during the process, he would make sure we were happy, and, I am happy to report he honored his promise. I recommend Brian and suggest you call Brian for your HVAC needs.

So thankful to have such an amazing local, but will travel, business! They gave us the best price in the tri-state area on our new air conditioning unit! Installation was prompt and professional and the customer service was top notch!!! We received our warranty papers promptly and they have answered each and every question we have had! Can’t recommend them enough!!! Thanks for making the trip to Caruthersville to get us cool again!!!!
