Staff don’t wanna be there as they will avoid eye contact as long as possible when you are at counter ready to place order. Finally you are able to and then you get a bland tasty juice. Will not go there again. And yes they are in a hurry to close always or are hiding behind as to show as if they are closed.
Juice left 2inches from the top and when I went back the young girl said it was fuller when she poured it. I showed her the unused straw and she looked at me like I was stupid. If only there was a half star option.
They were making my order right? And you wouldn’t believe it but when I tried to reach over the glass to pour MY OWN DRINK into the cup the staff member wouldn’t let me. And then they said it wasn’t my drink?? It was literally the drink I ordered, a bit lighter pink than usual but still my drink. We discussed whether we should come here after seeing all the 1 star reviews. They closed 35 minutes earlier than listed and had no sympathy for a customer who followed their listing. No smoothies to rate but 0/5 customer service.
Opening hours say the shop is open until 4pm but they stop serving early to clean. I even asked if they could make an exception but the shop assistant said no, with 10min until closing time. Disappointed.
