Was getting a boost juice for myself and my partner and my name wasn't called and then when I approached the counter after 10 minutes and seeing them give my drinks away to some one else Katy disputed that she had called my name .my partner and I looked at each other in disbelief as my name was not called .I asked for a refund ,the receipt was rudly presented to me and I had been yelled at treated poorly. Waited for 10 minutes just for them to give my drink to someone else worst customer service and worst BOOST I've ever been to
Horrible customer service
Upon arrival Kathy was playing a game on her phone and didn’t even look up to help — Kathy was so rude - got my order wrong and then treated me and shouted at me like it was my fault so I asked for my money back!! No apology or anything !! Was happy to give my money back!! Such bad service and don’t care about the customer. Will never return to this Ampol again!!!
