this boost is the worst boost ever!, asked for a bananas for choc and got given a watery chocolate drink (it’s meant to be thick and icy), same thing happened when my friend ordered a berry crush, came out like they just blended some water with berries and called it a day. terrible customer service, doesn’t sound or look as if they want to be there but too understaffed for anyone to quit. must be overworked and tired from how understaffed they are. but it doesn’t excuse how they treat customers; the space is also filthy.
Was getting a boost juice for myself and my partner and my name wasn't called and then when I approached the counter after 10 minutes and seeing them give my drinks away to some one else Katy disputed that she had called my name .my partner and I looked at each other in disbelief as my name was not called .I asked for a refund ,the receipt was rudly presented to me and I had been yelled at treated poorly.
