Waited over 25 minutes for a simple smoothie, even after asking twice. It only takes a couple of minutes to make, so I was confused by the delay. After chasing it up again, I was told—without any apology—that the machine hadn’t issued a ticket and I just needed to wait. No explanation, no ownership, and certainly no “sorry.” When I pointed out the poor communication and customer service, the manager was dismissive and told me I’d already been told to wait. Please update your hours on google. Drove here and arrived at 5:05pm to be told you were closed- it says 5:30 pm on google.
Had chunks of coconut shell all through my smoothy that chipped a tooth. I thought it might have just been almonds at first and bit down on it and it was hard as rock. Contacted the company but they seem to have just ignored me.
