I placed a fresh order but they gave me fake juice, I saw it with my own eyes.

Extremely strange experience today. I ordered a drink for my 7-year-old son and paid at the counter. After placing the order, I requested no ice, as my son is sensitive to extremely cold drinks. The lady preparing the drink hadn’t added ice yet, but then another staff member, who was quite rude, interjected and said they couldn’t remove the ice without charging extra.
