Quite possibly our worst dining experience in Portland since moving here 13 years ago. Regret not following instinct and walking out after first encounter with hostess. Overall staff unfriendly, unprepared and downright chaotic. Atmosphere so loud and rushed it was hard to enjoy our time there. As if all of this wasn't enough my meal was ruined after finding 2 pieces of thin metal in my fish/risotto. Upon arriving, we loved the warm decor and atmosphere on the first floor. The hostess greeted us with no smile and walked away with two menus when we told her there would be two dining. I had to ask if we were supposed to follow. We were brought upstairs to a less inviting atmosphere. My husband asked if we were put upstairs because he was wearing shorts and a Harley hat.
