I am utterly speechless after the amazing meal my family and I had at Boones. Our waiter Ryan was knowledgable and friendly. We started with the oysters on piggy back then six different types of raw oysters. Both preparations were stunning. This is Maine seafood dining the way it ought to be! 2 kitchens, 4 bars, (2 in & 2 out) The list goes on. The staff is ultra knowledgable and their cucumber martini made with vodka and a muddle of cucumbers tastes like "Spa Water!" Highly recommended!
