We went to celebrate my father's birthday this evening. My party of five was seated quickly and with a smile. Our server, James ("Jimmy" on the check) was delightful! Fast, funny, attentive and friendly. I am a server and am rarely impressed with service now-a-days. I was thrilled to have an amazing meal (calamari was delicious, as was everything else.) with impeccable service to boot! Thank you Boone's and James for a great experience! Look forward to seeing you all again!
We had a very poor experience Friday evening at Boone's. After we did not order drinks, we were treated as second class diners. Other diners received, ate and left while we waited for our food. My wife had "finnan haddie" and for the first time in 48 years left most of the entree on the plate. All three haddock sandwiches were extremely greasy and when we asked the waiter for napkins, we were ignored, or he was too busy. We ended up there for over two hours. I am beyond fucking pissed. $35.00 per pound for a lobster, and my bill came to $300 dollars. Will never come here again.

What amazing meals my wife and I had. Professionally trained as a chef and having worked in five star hotels and seafood specialty restaurants I am not easy to please. Our service was great! Who puts scallions on a steak? Then who trois to tell a customer that no is just green onion. ... a green onion is a scallion. Tell someone before you ruin a dish especially when the wait staff doesn't care
Worst service ever! Had an 8:30 reservation,left at 10 without being seated. They were not only completely disorganized, they kept saying a few minutes more when that was clearly not the case. AWEFUL !
