Yesterday, My mother and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the top deck. The lobster sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Martina was an awesome waitress!!! Thanks for helping us make a wonderful memory!!!!

The best way I can describe our experience at this restaurant is confused. Not only were we confused by the menu and atmosphere, but the restaurant is clearly confused about what it wants to be. On one hand it's trying to be very high-brow with its million sauces and ridiculously high prices, but then the service is bad, the food is cold, the servers are affected, and the wall hangings came from the Christmas Tree Shops (no offense). We go here a few times per month, mostly happy hour or a late lunch. Generally we have a good experience. More recently we took relatives from out of town (Boston and NYC) despite our other local cousins insisting that the service and food was not up to par at dinner. Unfortunately they were correct. Not only did it take 45 minutes to get our meal (from the time we ordered) but our server never brought bread, apologized, gave us an update or offered a refill of coffee, water or an alcoholic beverage.
