Tonight I went with a group of close friends, our waiter was excellent and food was good but front staff specifically the manager was horrible. I will never spend another dollar in this establishment after spending close to over $300. I was not impressed with how we were treated as a group.
Hands down the worst place I've EVER been to in my life!! From the waitress to the General Manager, everyone was very disrespectful. The problematic part was I was noticing it was only happening to me! It pains me to say this, but as a person of colour, I did not feel welcomed there. Therefore, if you are a minority, my recommendation is to avoid this place and eat somewhere else.
Experienced a fun yet expensive New Years Eve dinner and dancing at Boones. The food was good as were the drinks. The bar situation for the dancing part of the evening, however, was extremely unorganized. The restaurant needed better coordinating for serving drinks and probably cost themselves thousands in profits. I would go again.
My family loves this restaurant. We have ate here five times or more. The food is great and so is the service. However, charging a LARGE party (20 people) that is paying for meals, appetizers and drinks during the course of our visit to the restaurant worth hundreds of dollars, for $3 per each slice of cake from a cake that we did not purchase from the restaurant is pretty ridiculous.
