If you want excellent equipment and service after the sale this is the only place to go.
Not thrilled with the service we received here. My husband visited the shop on Friday to look at a mower they had for sale. On Saturday morning he called and asked if it was still available- he was advised it was. He informed the representative we would be coming with cash to purchase. So we hooked up the trailer immediately and drove over an hour only to arrive and find it was sold “thirty minutes ago”. That’s poor service.
These guys are a pleasure to deal with! This is my second machine I have bought from this family oriented business! They all are very knowledgeable on the machines they sell and are willing to answer any question! The experience of purchasing a quality machine can be stressful but with Boones Creek Outdoor, they make it simple!
