I was recently referred to Boones Creek Outdoor Power Equipment by Clay Goad. I purchased a Red Max leaf blower when mine stopped working. I was so impressed that I went ahead bought a Toro push mower and a Red Max weedeater. The prices are good, but the service is amazing! My kids like going to the store because everyone is so nice. I also like that I can send my daughter over to them and I feel 100% she will be treated fairly.
Great and friendly service. I called them on Tuesday and they picked my Toro zero turn mower the same day, They did the standard service, plus fixed an issue I was having with it. They had to order a part for another issue I mentioned, but still had the mower back to me by Friday and it runs like new and it was less than I expected to spend. They kept me informed through the whole process. Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for being so easy to work with!
I was in a bad way for a part for my Scag Cheetah Cat. These guys expect you to look up the part number and tell them what it is as opposed to them doing their job and look it up on their on as most any respectable parts supply house would do. But not these guys they have forgotten what customer service is apparently. I would guess that had I taken them the part number the next thing they would have wanted was for me to go to the warehouse and locate the part then proceed to ring myself up.
