My cat suddenly lost a bunch of weight so I took him here and they diagnosed kidney stones and the beginnings of kidney disease. They put him on meds and didn't guilt me into a lot of expensive tests. He's doing much better and has gained weight and is playing with mousey again.
I had been going to Boones Creek Animal Hospital for many years but I am going to change to another veterinarian place. I am so disappointed here. Staff is very rude. They act as if your bothing them when you call with a question. If anyone is thinking about coming here DON'T!! Go somewhere else. There all about the money they could care less about your pet. From the other reviews I've read other people feel the same as I do. If zero star was an option I would have selected that!!
Go anywhere else. Owner is rude and a lot of the reviews on here are biased as they are wrote by staff. I used to use this place but after the actions of the staff and owner over a pet having a chip from a previous owner. Never again.
The staff are always so kind and thorough and caring. The veterinary care has always been wonderful. Over the last 13 years, I've done a lot of business with them with three dogs. I'm grateful for everyone who works there.
