Dr. Boone and his staff have taken great care of me for the last year!!!
No stars. Does NOT listen. Reviewed MRI in a few minutes. Said all was "wide open" (no stenosis). Completely ignored other symptoms i asked about. Recommended physical therapy to strengthen my core. i requested MRI results from hospital to be sent directly to me. Results were moderately severe to severe stenosis. Made appointment with new doctor.
I went to Dr Boone for a compression fracture that didn't heal after 4 months. He did xrays and then wanted an mri. This was very expensive but got it done. I then called for a return appt, another 2weeks, then he wanted a bone scan, another 2 weeks. So now I'm 5 months of excruciating pain and still nothing being done. I lost my house and job because he would not help me in a timely manner. He shouldn't take pts if he cant help them. I have walked away and getting new dr.

Compression fractures are very difficult to heal and can take some time. Unfortunately medicine is expensive and takes time. I am very sorry he felt less than satisfied.
He was very nice my first appointment. I was going in to get back surgery. I didn't actually see him again until my 6 week preop. I dealt with his PA the whole time even the day after my surgery. Now that I'm 8 weeks preop I'm having alot of nerve pain in my legs. I call and the staff acts like I'm bothering them or don't believe me. It's crazy. That same day I find out I've been put off on a pain management doctor. Overall he is good at what he does but doesn't have a good bedside manner.
