Was good 5 years ago but my stay in 2012 and my Mom's last week were terrible. They have cut down on so much, with no customer service. They withheld info from me as to how I went from a regular room to waking 2days later in ICU, I never knew what had happened, they just wanted to ship me over to Landmark to get rid of me and had not even called my family. Mom had a heart attack and a great doctor, but horrible food, horrible service, and almost died during the night her first night back home as they sent her home too soon. ... read more
this hospital will nickel and dime your ass for every penny they charged me 2000 to go 2 blocks by ems and sent me a 100 bill when I couldn't pay they just sent the damn bill to collections like they just cant write it off
I think Boone Pulmonary Medicine (and of course Dr Lodhi and his former NP Jeanie Lucas and his nurse Jasmine) are amazing! Without them I literally don't know where'd I'd be today as far as my lungs go.. Their office staff is friendly (Cynthia and Lisa, who no longer works there) and helps you with anything you need whether on the phone or in person! I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
