The nurses we had in the South Tower ICU were not helpful whatsoever. They sat there and talked for over an hour before they checked on anyone... we had asked for some pudding, which was kept in the pantry down the hall and yet an hour goes by and we get nothing..... it was awful. The patients definitely don't come first. I will never be back. Such a shame.
