They will not hesitate and then tell you its 500 dollars to get your vehicle back rather then giving it to you once you get insurance. Best thing to do is buy the vehicle because you'll be paying some made up rental fees and then its $8000 dollars later for a $1000 dollar vehicle. I was very dissatisfied. You'd think they would just waive the so called reinstatement fee but nope!
I totally recommend that anyone that has a repossessed car from this company look at the Louisiana laws of repossession. also I highly recommend that each person contact the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau at 855-411-2372 and make your complaint known. also the Attorney General's office

This place is a joke spoke with owner Sandy, very rude unprofessional, DO NOT BUY....I REPEAT DO NOT BUY from this place. Customer service goes along away...they should try it sometimes.
This place sucks. After a year and 4 grand they repo'ed my ride for being 1 note behind. Spend your hard earned money with a lot with a heart
