Came in with a party last night while it was busy. Had great service from Beatrice she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

First time here, and I won’t be returning to this location. I sat outside at the large stone fireplace table, and it wasn’t busy—only two other parties were in the area. The waitress came to the table four separate times without once greeting me or taking my order. She even served a party that arrived after me. Another nearby table eventually had to stop the manager and ask him to find someone to serve them. I can’t rate the food because I was never given the opportunity to order. Visiting this location was a disappointment. No customer service, no sense of urgency, and nasty glasses. Beatrice my waitress had a nasty attitude and did not provide great customer service. After complaining about a nasty glass that my party received, she acted she did not care and brought the same glasses to our party again. I was horribly disappointed and will NEVER come back to this location again!!! Update: the manager came over to the table and informed him of the situation and again nothing!
