The location is nice and clean, and it could be a great spot for friends. However, the food isn’t great, and it takes ages to get your order and check. There’s no greeting at the front, and there’s never a server available, even when it’s not busy. The location could use some improvement, but the waitresses are nice and sweet. I think they just need more staff, but overall, I can see improvements if management is aware of these issues.
The customer service was extremely disappointing specifically (Katie and destiny). The staff was rude, inattentive, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers ( even after getting overcharged ) We waited far too long for basic service, and when we tried to ask for help, our concerns were brushed off instead of addressed. A welcoming atmosphere starts with good service, and unfortunately, this place fell well short. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend it based on this experience.
