I saw Dr. Ortiz from a referral from my primary care doctor. Although I was looking forward to the visit, I had a really unpleasant experience. The doctor appeared annoyed and rushed during the extremely short visit I had with her. Her bedside manner was probably the worst I have experienced. She sighed when I asked a question seemed like she was annoyed that I was making a visit 2 mins longer than she wanted it to be even though she was 20 mins late to the appointment.
