TERRIBLE First of all, this place is so over priced and they just keep adding on little fees every month. I put in a maintenance request to have my washing machine fixed since it was leaking. It took them over 2 weeks to even come look at it, then i received an email saying the work order was complete. I came back from class and used my washing machine and it flooded my apartment!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! My daughter is renting here now and it is a terrible place! She was sleeping in her studio when she had gotten woke up by a maintenance man leaning over her to check the air conditioner!! Can you believe that in the contract you sign that they can come in your room like that!! Plus she got locked out of her apartment for 5 hours because they can't seem to keep a manager so no one there to answer a phone and they don't give you a key its just a code.
