My friend and I walked in last night to watch the game.. and waited for 40 minutes before someone even looked our way to offer a menu or a sip of water. It was empty.. about 6 other people were sitting down. As we waited, we watched other parties receive excellent customer service the minute they walked through the door. Service was horrible. Waitress was too busy talking with her mom to do her job. Left without getting our food after sitting there and only seeing her once in half an hour. When I finally went to the bar to pay for the one beer I did manage to get, her mom was sitting there and said it was her fault for keeping her talking and not doing her job. Somehow this is supposed to make it ok? Nuts to that. Don’t EVER go to Bookies. EVER.
Summer is honestly one of the best servers Ive ever had! she is so kind and fun and took amazing care of us!! ive worked as a bartender for 10 years and i truly appreciate good service like we had tonight. thank you bookies & most importantly Summer our server!
