Hate that I had to give them any stars. They lie about damages to already damaged property. Water damaged floors. No supplies....1 garbage bag for 5 days, no cleaning supplies, 2 rolls of toilet paper. Not enough towels. Refrigerator did not get cold, drywr was broken, no AC in front bedroom, just to mention a few things. I was injured and taken to hospital by ambulance on first night from unsafe flooring on stairs. I have used Book That Condo since 2016 to manage our Condo in Panama City Beach. They have done a superior job for us, the condo is always clean, our guests have made good reviews as to responsiveness of the customer service agents. The team has gone to all lengths to meet our concerns, in 2019 they helped us renovate our unit, the job was more than well done & came in under what we expected to invest. Over the years our rental income has been what we hoped for in a competitive rental market.
Great company with excellent customer service!! I have always had a pleasure using Book That Condo for rentals in Panama City Beach.
These people want your deposit immediately but after departure from their condo I had to wait 3 months after many calls and reminders to get the deposit back. I would advise people to look else where. They lie too much, and don't deliver.
Best condo property management company ever! Will only book with them from here on out
