Just did two walk throughs with JENNIFER. Absolutely rude, didn't greet us, didn't ask what we were interested in. Acted like we were a burden anytime she looked up from her cell phone. Rolled her eyes and sighed when answering a question. The homes were disgusting. Both houses had mold, signs of infestation, and broken windows. Tried calling to speak to someone else about this but no answer.
Hometown Realty and Property Management has been managing a property for me over a year now. The experience has been great overall. They were very fast to find a tenant and the property has had no period of vacancy longer than 2 weeks. Maintenance is handled quickly and professionally and they're very happy to work with owners on long term upkeep of the property. The money always shows up on time every month. Yall have done nothing but be rude and rush me out the apartment that I cleaned better than how it was left for me. And yall stole my $40.
Yall are horrible people and rude. Should’ve left that apartment dirty if yall were gonna charge $200 for cleaning we just simply wouldn’t have cleaned it better than it was when we got there. All these people care about is money they have no empathy or friendliness about them.
My son rents a duplex from them, and I went to sign the lease with him and get the key. The lady was very friendly and helpful.
