The staff were nice enough, but I was rented out an apartment with a roach infestation without any forewarning. They had someone come spray a few times during my time, but at no point was my apartment fully roachless during my stay. The contract also stated that roaches were considered the tenants responsibility, which would have been more acceptable as a policy if the roaches had been in any way my fault and not an issue before I ever arrived.

I’m not big on writing reviews but I had to for them . In office staff, especially Stephanie is kind and helpful when needed. During the time of living in the rental, any concerns or needs were always met professionally. Bonnie was very professional during my move out walk through, her security deposit removal fees were clear and understandable. I have dealt with many landlord who take advantage of others security deposits, Bonnie is not one of those. She’s clear on what will be removed from your deposit and why.

Just did two walk throughs with JENNIFER. Absolutely rude, didn't greet us, didn't ask what we were interested in. Acted like we were a burden anytime she looked up from her cell phone. Rolled her eyes and sighed when answering a question. The homes were disgusting. Both houses had mold, signs of infestation, and broken windows. Tried calling to speak to someone else about this but no answer.

Hometown Realty and Property Management has been managing a property for me over a year now. The experience has been great overall. They were very fast to find a tenant and the property has had no period of vacancy longer than 2 weeks. Maintenance is handled quickly and professionally and they're very happy to work with owners on long term upkeep of the property. The money always shows up on time every month. Yall have done nothing but be rude and rush me out the apartment that I cleaned better than how it was left for me. And yall stole my $40.
