I want to commend Hometown Realty Property Management for helping us out. I know it may be there responsibility, but a lot of Management companies, don't follow through, but I can say I haven't had any complaints, and I want to tell the Management's Boss that you have a very highly commendable and respectful employee in Spencer, I highly recommend him. The staff were nice enough, but I was rented out an apartment with a roach infestation without any forewarning. They had someone come spray a few times during my time, but at no point was my apartment fully roachless during my stay. The contract also stated that roaches were considered the tenants responsibility, which would have been more acceptable as a policy if the roaches had been in any way my fault and not an issue before I ever arrived.

I’m not big on writing reviews but I had to for them . In office staff, especially Stephanie is kind and helpful when needed. During the time of living in the rental, any concerns or needs were always met professionally. Bonnie was very professional during my move out walk through, her security deposit removal fees were clear and understandable. I have dealt with many landlord who take advantage of others security deposits, Bonnie is not one of those. She’s clear on what will be removed from your deposit and why.
