We came here with a coupon for half off, that we have used many times before, for my moms 50th birthday. We asked if we could use the coupon before ordering to make sure it would work and we were told it was fine. We ordered our food and had a great time until the manager came up after we ate and said not only could we not use the coupon, but our wine that was supposed to be half off, wasn’t half off. Very disappointed. We don’t plan on coming back again.
RecommendedWe decided to go out for Thanksgiving this year to have variety and alleviate the stress of cooking. It was amazingly good and lots to choose from. I have to say, “best carrot cake ever!” Can’t wait to try the regular menu. All of the staff were friendly and wonderful.
There were only two of us and the restaurant was not crowded. The server was rude. The food was average and when we asked to talk to the manager the server just rolled her eyes and walked away. They need some serious customer service and leadership training. I don’t care that Bonnie Ruth’s has been there for as long as they have. I will not be back. There are better neighborhood places to go for good food.

Food was great. Wait staff was great. Event planner is unprofessional and rude. Management is non-existent because there is no way a manager from a restaurant with class wouldn’t have shown up to our table of 16 with a huge apology to save face for their poor planning and scheduling mistake. I hope the owners re-evaluate their leadership staff and/or do some serious training. TruFire is next door...I recommend to go there instead.
