I walked in the restaurant and there was no one there to greet me. I stood for about 5 minutes as server after server passed by me and wouldn’t acknowledge me. I figured I’d read the menu as I patiently waited to get served. Finally, I had had enough and decided I’d go somewhere else. Do not bother to go to this restaurant. Nice environment and great service!
Went for lunch yesterday, Wednesday at 12:30. Waited forever to even get a menu. The waiter, when he finally came to get our order, acted like we were inconveniencing HIM by ordering at all. No kidding, he actually said he was in a hurry and he was very busy. Ummm, empty tables everywhere! Rude every time he came to the table. I used to like that place. Not after the horrible service we had.
Love love LOVE the desserts! The table bread, onion soup, croque monsieur are all amazing. Always a pleasure visiting this little gem.
We celebrated my nieces graduation brunch with all of our family and friends. Hosting can be a little stressful but Bonnie Ruth’s staff made the entire event seamless. They catered to whatever we wanted. They brought out champagne for our toast. They brought out bags and boxes for the buffet to take home. They helped with set up and breaking down. It’s so good to see a familiar restaurant still in business when I come home to visit! Yummy food, great service, and the BEST French onion soup! Can’t wait to visit again!
