So far I haven't had one though she is my assigned medical doctor with the VA so I think the childish and rude comments from the other review are spot on even when her colleagues say the same about her.
Dr Smith gives excellent care to her patients. She takes the time to hear concerns and then gives a easy to understand diagnosis. She is truly the best doctor I have ever been to! Thank you Dr Smith for caring!
She was on call which resulted in me speaking with her about a prescription I needed sent to my pharmacy. She then felt the need to lecture me about not being a responsible adult for letting my prescription run out even though she has no knowledge of my medical history. I asked for her name again she said it and hung up on me. Extremely rude and childish for an adult let alone someone in the medical profession.
