Bonnie is a kind and extremely competent provider. She found a spot on my arm that is apparently very hard to tell the difference between a juvenile melanoma and a abnormal mole. Testing was thorough and Bonnie was great! I would highly recommend her and her team

Scheduled my appointment many months ago and the soonest they could get me in was June. All the paperwork complete. Got a call today letting me know she’s no longer taking new patients. I can see an associate but they don’t have an appointment available till November. Not good when you’re dealing with someone’s health. This isn’t car maintenance.

I made an appt last year having to wait months to be seen (1/8). Called the office the day prior to confirm only to be told they don't have me on the books. So I made another appt for several months away (5/13, just like the first one...months away). I got a call today (5/2) saying Fox is no longer accepting new patients. What? Making me wait for months and months to now make that decision? Should have said no new patients to begin with so now I have to wait until September to be seen by another, one year from first call. I made an appointment with Dr. Fox six months ago. I was willing to wait the six months, understanding that it takes time to get in with most of the specialty doctors. However, less than seven days before my long-awaited appointment, I was had a message left on my phone in informing me that the appointment had been canceled. On the bright side, I learned of Ms. Fox’s lack of professionalism and lack of respect for other’s time before I actually spent time with her.
