Wrong flowers on wedding day! When I saw that Bonnie Flowers was a family owned business, I thought I would give them a try. The service seemed good while I was ordering, but their claim to be "wedding experts" couldn't be further from the truth. I got a call two days before our wedding saying that the flowers came in the wrong color. I told Bruce that this was not acceptable, that I had ordered pink flowers and peach was not what I wanted. He said ok. I thought he would fix the problem. He did not. I had ordered 2 colors fo... read more
Never again. I ordered ths FTD Love is Grand floral arrangement. The difference in what was ordered to what was received was pretty unsatisfactory. Adding the $20 chocolates included a box of chocolates that can be bought for under $7. I see a lot of good reviews, so maybe this was a fluke, maybe not. Either way, I wouldn't order from here again.
Avoid this place at all costs This place is awful: their website is out-of-date, and the staff is disrespectful and rude. The picture on their website was old and they sent the complete opposite of what was ordered. No one answered their "24 hour line" even though I called it 4 times. I used the email function on their website and someone finally got in touch with me. Bruce did, and he was incredibly rude, failing to listen to anything I had to say about picking up the bad delivery. I told him I had to go to lunch and he sai... read more
Nice quality flowers for reasonable price This shop was great when we needed both flowers and palms for Palm Sunday. The quality of plants was very high and their prices were reasonable. The location was easy to reach and staff were nice to work with.
