wanted to write a review bc i could not find any reviews before I moved into this place and figured this review could be helpful to some people. One of the most annoying problems I had were the roaches. I’m super clean and I didn’t even have a kitchen so I think the roaches are just a building issue honestly. I had a leak for months. It was super annoying having to deal with that. The gym was only open 9-5 but I started noticing newer tenants have access to the gym after 5pm. The rest of us didn’t have access. A guy U met lives there. Nice apartments. Neighbor upstairs was making a lot of noise (banging on the floor & walls) but other than that, a quiet neighborhood.
RENTERS BEWARE. Plumbing issues (no water in the sink, brown water suddenly flooded through the drain up into the sink and onto the floor) were not resolved — this happened twice within 30 days. Managenent told me that “it’s just an old building”, and they were aware of this happening in the past. I was never warned or informed of these recurring, seemingly unfixable issues before I moved in and signed the lease. Now I need to put up with flooding. They are cheaters and scammers.
