Dr. Green is the best. We drive out from Salt Lake to see him.
Everyone is awesome! Sad we moved away but we know we have a place to get care if we come back to visit.

Friendly and efficient staff. Caring providers. I highly recommend this practice for general care.
Started out great! Until I formed my own opinion about my medication. Then they turned very ignorant and extremely rude and condescending especially when I came into the office to sign the release of my records form to my new doctor. Now I know a lot of you really like this practice and I am in no way trying to sway anyone, but with the good (reviews) also come the bad. Just personal experience is all.
