RecommendedDr. Green is amazing. He has been my Dr for 5 years and stayed with me as I've moved states twice. He has seen me through so much and I have total and complete trust in him. I bring my grandchildren to him and reccomend him and the practice to everyone. They also have an amazing substance abuse treatment center at the office. Dr Green participates in the groups. The therapists are amazing . Kim is incredible, and honestly everyone there is awesome.
Absolutely, hands down, for sure, 💯 percent thee best office I've ever been to. Dr. Green is the best doctor I have ever had by a long shot. I mean absolutely the best. Definitely definitely recommend this plave to anyone and everyone! Don't mind my pet pythons ha

If you are a patient of Bonneville Family Practice, please be aware that not all of the physicians are accepting Select Health. There were changes as of January 1, 2019. The front desk will not notify you that your physician no longer accepts Select Health. Be sure to ask! I would also suggest that you verify that any blood work is sent to a participating lab. I learned the hard way, I'm paying out of pocket for the office visit. I am paying out-of-network lab fees. Sigh.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and I too, have never had a bad visit. The staff are very helpful and willing to try to find options for you if you're in a financial bind.
Very friendly and thorough with their questions. They really put you at ease. To them you're a person and not just a number!
I wish that I could give a great review of this place however, the staff has made it impossible. The PA I saw Jennifer was wonderful and has a great bedside manner. The staff that answers the phone is extremely rude and told me "we are very busy so you need to hold" after being on hold, transferred to the wrong extension and then hung up on. When I tried to explain what was happening I was cut off and told to just dial the extension I needed and was then hung up on again. There is no point in continuing to go to an office th... read more
I have never had a bad visit. All the Drs., nurses and reception ladies are all friendly and warm welcoming. They are very patient and they listen. Love Bonneville Family.
