I rarely leave reviews, but felt I needed to. I have used Bonn 3X now and most recently on my primary property. Charlie and the team have been nothing less than OUTSTANDING! They answered all of my calls, questions and the work completed all three times was exactly as I wanted and was quoted, with no surprises. The pricing/value was a deciding factor for me and quite honestly they were half the cost of two other quotes. I did have to wait a bit for the last project, but it wasn't an emergency. My plug was loose so it was sparking. They told me I needed a new plug over the phone. Then they stiffed me the morning they were supposed to come. I tightened the plug and didn’t have any more problems. Won’t use again…. They are always trying to get more out of you. I saw this the first time I used them… they come for one thing then look for more things. Beware and plan to be stiffed. Good thing my plug didn’t start a fire. A lot of good they would have been!

I can't say enough great things about Bonn Electric. Charlie is AMAZING. He has helped me out a number of times. He is skilled, professional, trustworthy and fairly priced. He won't try to sell you anything you don't need, and he stands by his work.
